Family means the world to Flavia, and her husband, a Filipino real estate agent, is her rock. Together, they cherish every moment with their two beautiful daughters, Zoey & Aria, who light up their lives.

Flavia dreams big! She’s carving her path in the staging industry, aiming to build a lasting heritage for generations to come. It’s all about leaving behind a legacy of love and success for her beloved family.

A dynamic and adventurous soul originally hailing from the vibrant landscapes of Brazil. Armed with a degree in Interior Design, Cecile made a remarkable mark in her homeland by owning a prestigious Interior design company. Her expertise in crafting exquisite boat designs earned her a clientele of the affluent elite in Rio de Janeiro.

Life’s journey led Cecile to Seattle, where she wholeheartedly supported her husband in his thriving engineering career. Cecile and her husband share an insatiable thirst for exploration and excitement. Whether it’s gliding down snow-covered slopes on a snowboard or gracefully navigating serene waters on a paddleboard, they always seek to seize the moment.

In her free time, Cecile finds joy in the company of her beloved dog, Stella. She also loves savoring a finely crafted drink, as she appreciates the art of mixology.

Flavia & Cecile started staging for a mutual friend as a side hustle. They fell in love with how fast paced this industry can be and thrive on problem solving, which there is no shortage of in home staging. By 2018 they founded Upstaging Seattle having both recognized the scarcity of high-quality staging services in Seattle during an economic upturn, Flavia and Cecile founded Upstaging Seattle to bridge the gap.

Flavia’s dream was to buy her first home in the US. As a way to make extra income while working for Nordstrom corporate full time she started staging for a real estate agent friend as a side hustle. Cecile has a degree in Interior Design and was one of the first hires of Upstaging Seattle. She fell in love with how fast paced this industry can be and became a partner in the business in 2023. Having both recognized the scarcity of high-quality staging services in Seattle during an economic upturn, Flavia and Cecile founded Upstaging Seattle to bridge the gap in 2018.

Their goal as partners is to leave everyone and everything better than they found.

Potential buyers were loving what they were doing and within just five years of operation, Flavia & Cecile successfully staged over 1500 homes.
