1. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE A DESIGNER?
It really depends on the amount of help you are looking for and the scope of your work. We offer services from Hour Block packages starting at $500 which gives our more DIY clients a tailored design concept for their specific needs along with direct links to a few key items to be purchased by them (ie. couch, dining table). On the other spectrum, our full service starts at $5,000 for bigger remodeling projects that can last anywhere from 4 to 12 months.
2. HOW CAN YOU GUARANTEE YOUR INITIAL QUOTE?
We understand the value in knowing ahead of time how much you can expect to spend on a service so it doesn't snowball into something out of control. For every project we account for normal things that can go wrong so we are able to stay as close to the initial quote as possible. We have systems and processes to help our clients stay on track and on time. Oftentimes the thing that can add up the most at the end is how fast a person is able to make decisions. For example, if takes a person 7 meetings to make a choice on a paint color and they were quoted two meetings max for that specific task, that will add up at the end. When decision making is harder, it's best to stay focused and try not add extra commitments in life.
3. HOW CAN YOU MAKE A REMODELING PROJECT MORE ENJOYABLE?
When making what seems to be hundreds of different decisions at the same time, feelings of overwhelm may arise. Our job is to make it as easy as possible on you so you don't have to look through every sample in the world and worry about every little detail. We select the top choices right for YOUR specific needs and pay attention to every little detail so you don't have to. We gather quotes, make appointments, draft plans, visit job site and work REALLY hard at carrying your vision to reality by orchestrating all the different moving pieces together.
4. HOW OFTEN CAN I EXPECT COMMUNICATION?
We believe clear and regular conversation is the key to a successful project. We send out a weekly summary of what has been accomplished and what the next steps of the project are. Emails are responded within 24 hours and text messages from 9AM to 9PM. We suggest that our clients really focus on the weeks it takes to accomplish a project to stay on track.
5. CAN I RETURN ITEMS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Most of items have a 30 day return policy, keep in mind the shipping and designer fees for purchasing are non refundable. Returns are not applicable to custom orders*
6. WHAT STEPS DO YOU TAKE TO ENSURE I WILL LOVE THE FINAL RESULT?
We listen to you. A LOT! Each project is individually tailored, we come up with solutions and source items that will make YOUR life better and easier. In addition, every single item must be approved by our clients throughout the process. You know exactly what you are going to get so there are no surprises at the end.
